couple of months ago I've won his JPN Playstation lot auction, guy said he won't accept paypal, only money order, so I send mo.
he didn't respond to my mails ever since, once he answered my call, actually his wife - and she said she cannot speak for her husband.
and now - recently he listed same lot again
this is very unresponsible seller, and you should avoid his auctions at any cost.
from what I know, his other buyers were scammed as well.
thought this might be helpful for you guys.

Thanks for the heads up.. Have you reported this to ebay or anything? Still have the money order part that you were supposed to keep? I'm pretty sure you can get your money back from a money order for a small fee ( at least I know through the Post Office you can)

If he relisted the same auction that you won, then I would for sure report it to ebay, you don't want him to scam someone else with the same auction.

well, I was writing to ebay and telling them that I got probably ripped off, but they didn't care, I didn't pay with paypal so they couldn't help.
that was couple of months ago.
when you're sending money order, you have to be sure that you're dealing with honest seller.

You file a "non delivering seller" thing against him then via eBay.

Call him again. If his wife answers and say hes not home tell her that you will policereport him if you dont get the money back within 1 week.
Stuff like this usualy helps.

Did you save your money order slip ? Did he cash it ?

If not , then you can get a refund..... Good luck , and make sure to post an auction link and this useres ebay user name in the blacklist thread at the top of this forum ;)

If the both of you are from the US then I suggest filing a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp)

They've helped me in the past. Because they're a government agency it can eve have the effect of scaring people into doing the right thing.

yeah, he lives in US.
I contacted him once again when he listed lot recently, and he said everything was a total misunderstanding, and also he said - that he didn't know that his wife cashed money order (??) and that's why he didn't send it and assured me that lot will be sent(doubtful but posibble)
I contacted ebay(about 30 emails - seriously), reported him to ebay, no response.
well, that's ebay.

I hate money order or check auctions. Nothing but trouble...they cause me. Only paypal for me...now on.

Same here, I don't feel very safe when I send out a Money order to someone, because who knows if and when it will get there, plus I don't like waiting an extra 2 or more weeks for whatever I bought on ebay...
