THE JAPANESE DREAMCAST USES A DIFFERENT ARCADE GRAPHICS CARD THAN THE STANDARD DREAMCAST ,, ,, GAMES LOOK SO MUCH BETTER PLAYED ON THIS .

that's a good one.
sure, JPN DC uses card based on newest Nvidia 7800GT, and US DC has only 3DFX Voodoo, lol.

There are some hardware differences, but as far as I know there's no difference in video output or graphics card... that's just bizarre.
