I hope I've not posted in the wrong place. My brother is Steve Jacobs, and he suggested that I post for suggestions. I thank all of you in advance, for any assistance in finding recent (within the last year or two) discount pc game sellers that have a good reputation.

Well.. I'm assuming you want a REAL retail outlet; and are not interested in eBay or someone operating out of their basement. I haven't bought a PC game in 2 years, but these guys used to be my favorite:

They mark down titles considerabely after a few months; regularly had awesome specials, and very good customer service.
If you don't mind used PC games.. let me know.. I've got a few URLs for well known outlets that deal in used games as well.
