So I am finally at the point in my basement that I am organizing my systems. I decided it would be cool to put them in chronological order of release dates. Wow, it has turned out to be MUCH harder than I expected. Every list I have found has a lot of systems missing--either overseas systems, or uncommon ones, and in some cases just weird mistakes. I can see not having a Zemmix or a Tomy Pyuuta Jr or something missing, but some missed Intellivision and other common stuff. When I am done collecting info and have them all in order, I am gonna type up a timeline with ALL of them on it.
Interestingly, a number of systems have different dates. The NES I found claims that it launched anywhere from '82 to '85 (the US version). I thought it was 1984 myself, so I am using that year myself. Anyway, back to the research!
