For some reason, they list Japan, UK, and USA, but not Canada... how odd. I just chose USA and stuck Canada in at the end of the address lines, so hopefully the postal system will be smart enough to sort out an address with two countries listed :roll:

Instead of entering my name, I just entered multiple underscores so anyone could fill in anything. Much more collectable that way.
