Yeah, something like that. I really hope someone like d4s wins this so that we can find out what exactly it does. I have seen it on ebay before, and heard nothing about it after.

i'll eventually get one sooner or later.
basically, its the official nintendo devkit for american and european developers.
the software included on the floppy contains tools and sourcecode for a music player.
