Hmm, possibly because a lot of the people buying $0.01 email recipes are probably wannabe scammers building up +ve feedback?

OK ... next question then ... how does the seller make any money out of it, given that they are selling for $0.01 apiece and no shipping?
Surely once you take out seller fees and Paypal fees, you are going to end up losing quite a bit of money?

You're getting a signin prompt because you are viewing a list of the buyers on an ebay Dutch auction - and eBay requires you to be logged in to do so.

Oh, okay. I mean no offense to the original poster, but I got a feeling that it was some sort of scam link like the Paypal ones I get every once in a while.
Again, no offense meant.
