i have a copy of this that i don't particularly want.... although you probably don't either. just thought i'd throw out the offer though. it's missing the first 8 pages, and the cover is barely hanging on.... otherwise, it's 100% usable.

i wouldn't mind getting rid of it for like... $6 shipped. let me know.
