A buddy of mine went through and made a world map for Link to the Past a while back

In addition, he made a bunch of wallpaper-friendly versions. all credit on these goes to SoulColossus, who probably doesn't even know this forum exists and thinks most people forgot about his little project long ago (I think it's been about 2 years since it's been posted anywhere)
