I've got this real strange Mega Drive system for sale here called the Game Star. It's obviously a clone/pirate system but it has strange writing on the box that looks Arabic or some kind of middle eastern language. I have no idea though.
I assume it plays MegaDrive carts judging by the pictures on the back of the box but I don't have any to test it out with. I put in a few Genesis carts though and it seems to play them o.k. I couldn't get get a clear picture but I assume it has something to do with my tv being NTSC and the system being PAL. I also had to have the tv tuned into channel 40-something instead of the usual 3/4.
Anyway, the system comes complete with box, power supply & rf box (which looks foreign since it won't plug into my outlets), and 2 matching control pads. Asking $25 + ship. Trades also considered.
