Is it sealed? You can get used copy on Ebay from $15 - $20. Do a complete-listing-only search and you will see how much they have been sold for the last 30 days.

Ok. What I can see the normal price on Ebay for a sealed copy is around $30. So if you get it for $33 shipped it seems to be the normal price for what it usualy goes for.
