Hi,

I have posted this announce a week s ago in the Video Gaming section but realised that it would make more sense to post it here.
I am the web-master of a new web site called VIDEO GAME DEN (http://www.vgden.com) and I wanted to share it with all of you. More than 200 games are reviews there, mainly for the PC Engine system (Turbografx) and the Super Famicom. More japanese systems will follow soon. This site sort of merged my two old sites called the PC Engine Lounges.
Do not hesitate to let me know what you think, I love japanese gaming in general and I wanted to share my passion with other players and show them what is out there and how those games relate to each other.

Thanks :)

Hey, if you want. I can review some Import Dreamcast games for you. Or even for the PS2. Tell me if you're interested.

Thanks for your feedbacks :)

I'll try to post updates as often as possible, there'll be one before Christmas for sure !

Hey, Whiskers, that's a great offer !!! I'd like to focus on older systems at the moment but a Dreamcast section is indeed in construction... How many Dreamcast import games do you own ?...

By the way, it looks like I can not get my signature to work... has anyone had this problem before ?

Thanks again for your comments :)

Hey man, great looking site! Very well written and thorough. I also love how you have pictures of the carts too!

Right now I am at my computer at work and I wanted to let you know on this screen (maybe 15 inches) I cannot scroll left and right on your site. So unfortunately I couldn't read the words on the right hand side.

Anyways great site keep up the good work and if you need extra reveiwers let us know here at DP. I'm sure we could get some fairly rare stuff done!

I know I'm late to the party, but this site has helped me a ton. I found it a couple of months ago (when it was a different name) and I have bought almost all of my PC Engine/CD games off of their reccomendations. Great site :)

Thanks !!! Are you part of Japanese Gaming 's team ? I must say I love this site. Great design and content. Thanks for adding a link to VGDen, I'll do the same and add a link to Japanese Gaming :)

I designed this site on my computer with a high resolution and it doesn't seem to properly display for screen resolutions smaller than 1024... what browser do you use ? I'm thinking to modify some of the designs to make it fit smaller screens. About extra reviewers, I think I'm good at the moment, I have tons of reviews already written, I just need to scan games and take screenshots. But do not hesitate to contact me if you want to add your own 'point of view' for a game. There are only mine so far...

This is a nice collection you have there :) .Fighting games rule !
As I said, I will probably cover the Dreamcast system later. The next systems to be added will be the Famicom Disks, and probably Sega CDs. Is there any easy way to get good quality screenshots from Dreamcast games ?

I really like the site! It is very easy to navigate and has lots of good information! Thanks for the link! :D

Oh and as far as the signature not appearing, you have to buy it using meseta (the virtual currency on the site) Click on the SHOP link below the SEARCH function above and scroll all the way down to find the Roundtable City Hall. There you can buy the Signature Privilege for 50 meseta.

A TV that is great for any screenshot is a Samsung 27" Dynaflat. It has a screen capture button (FREEZE) that takes excellent screens perfect for a high quality picture.

It is however the 3 year old version that I have and I'm not sure if the newer models have it.

Thanks for the info !!!! I had switched to another display in my profile (subSilver) and doing so doesn't display some of the options, including the SHOP... I'm sorted now :)

I'm glad you like the site too. I hope you'll have as much fun reading it as I've had writing it :) I also hope you'll find precious information. I've been collecting games for many years and I really wanted to share them and what I know with other players. A lot more reviews and articles are on their way !!!

I had never heard of such an option for a TV set. That's very cool and can be handy to snapshot anything actually. I'll try to dig out more information about this. Thanks :)
