Since I've been playing a lot of RE4 lately and it's been creeping me out, I was thinking that I like being creeped out by games and want to get more of it.

So lets have it, what are your picks for the scariest games ever made, any platform.

Fatal Frame. It's scare the crap out of you. All 3 games are amazing

Silent Hill is also a creepy series but silent hill 2 is probably the best.
