I think there are more than one guy in this scam. Just look at some users who left him positive feedbacks. Especially the ones with very low feedbacks. Like 1, 4, etc...

haha idiot seller. He have bought and sold alot on Ebay before so it would be easy to find who he is.
Paid $828 in July - Ebay won't even help me since > 60 days.
Man, this is fucking weak from Ebay. They must be able to fix stuff like this and not follow their policy like a machine.
"Its been 60 days and 1 hour, no we cant help you, our policy says 60 days." x_x

Ebay? Wouldn't Paypal have to be the one to help to get the guy's money back? Unless the guy sent a check or Money order. Then, it's his fault, and he's screwed.

I think you have to fill a complaint within 45 days after payment.

Propably the account was bought or hacked by a fraud, and Paypal only cobers to $500,- or so

I agree that someone probably hacked his account. The guy had almost 600 positive transactions with a pretty good record until this past month where all of a sudden all hell broke loose.

Or maybe, it was all part of his scam. First look all good, to get everyone to believe you and buy from you, then hit them hard.

Maybe he fell victim to one of those phishing scams.

Not just some game.....
The game!
By the looks of the buyers accounts and the date of the game, I would say it was for the Michigan vs. Ohio State game which explains the high cost of the tickets. @_@

Damn, he scammed a ton of money there. I feel bad for all of those people that bought the tickets. I know I would be pissed if I was one of those people.

I'm also thinking his account was hacked !! Seems very strange to have such a clean record for so long and then 1 month of nothing but negs.... odd.

I was about | | <- That close to falling to one of those phishing scams, was gonna make a new topic, warning you all about a new one that ALMOST caught me.
Anyways, opened up my gmail account, to recieve an e-mail from some guy on ebay, that apparantly got an email saying that my account was suspended, and he wanted a refund.
I clicked the 'Respond Now' link in the email, and went to 'ebay', I went into 'ebay', typed in my username as SlayerX, typed in my password, and then it takes me straight to his profile? Right then I knew something was wrong.
I went back to the e-mail, and saw the email was pure gibberish. I looked at the url where I went to, it say www.ebay.fast100.com or something, right there I knew I was screwed, but wait! I typed my username as SlayerX on eBay... my username is actually Xreyals, so I click his 'Respond now' button, and type in the following information "Name: yourmother Password: scam?". Sure enough, I got took to his profile.
Regardless of my logging in mistake (thank god i screwed it up), I changed every important password that I have...
So yes, heads up for those getting odd emails about people needing a refund.
Some tips:
Look at users e-mail
Look at site you are going to
Make a fake log-in attempt, use gibberish for both, if it goes through, report the ebay
Check your latest auctions, to see if the person did indeed buy something from you.
I am SOOOO lucky I made that typo, I may have been in that same spot....
Im making a new topic about this, just to warn more people... if that's alright.
Anyways, thanks for reading this, and be more careful than I was ;)
It looks like the perfect scam: Buyers pay for items they aren't expecting for several months. Simply send them a "receipt" email and run off with the cash. Buyers don't know what hit them until after it is far too late to do anything about it.
Haha... I like the guy who left positive feedback saying THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!! FILED A REPORT WITH THE IFCC/FBI. ALSO LOCAL POLICE.

Anybody from DP in his area code? Should give him a ring and see what he says! One of his feedbacks lists his phone number. Would be good for a laugh!
These bums ripped me off for $1,534 ! Here's their phone #: 402-935-7733
You have to love the fact that this guy left him positive feedback yet with the following remark:
THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!! FILED A REPORT WITH THE IFCC/FBI. ALSO LOCAL POLICE.

But everyone noticed his reply! LOL
Besides, about the game: I don't have a freaking clue what the game is about. Its the same as stating here:
For the game between "Helmond and Den Haag"... :P
