I need help(canadian ebayers)

Ok, so I buy this game off this ebayer and he seems alright but once I paid for the item and all his auctions have cleared he cancels his ebay account. He did not ship the item when he said he did, it has been over a week and a half since he did ship the item and he is only one province over. I have a feeling im about to get ripped off. Is there any way to get my money back or what other action I can take. Any advice will help.

How did u pay? If it was with Paypal fill out a complain.

Ya... Im afraid the only way to retrieve your money is if you paid with Paypal.
I suggest you also request his contact information from Ebay and then phone him.

yeah fill out the complaint form if paid via paypal... if you have no luck go round there if he's somewhat local and demand your money back on his doorstep (my mate has actually done this over something which cost £0.99 :D)

Thanks for the help. I'm going to give him till friday to see if I get my game, after that i will take all the steps in order to get my money back. I paid the insurace on it so he has no excuses not to give it back.
