Lost "Jaguar" Titles

I remember looking through the pages of EGM back in '93 and seeing pictures of a Tiny Toon Adventures game for the new Atari Jaguar. As an 8 year old back then, I was pretty stoked, but the game never surfaced. So... what ever happened to titles like this and others?

The only one I've seen first hand is Total Carnage, played it at last year's CGE on the Jag.
