I just found a bunch of these packs that I got off ebay a few years ago. Packs have 3 scratch off cards and 2 stickers per pack. Stickers are from Double Dragon, Mario, Zelda, and Punch Out! $.50 per pack + shipping.
I may also be putting a few complete sets together.

i'd love to buy these last 8 without having to buy sealed packs....

I've never heard of these cards - but it sounds interesting. Do you have any pictures available?
