Go to Las Vegas hotel and air package, the price will depend on where you live, I live in MN, so the more you live toward the east the more expensive. In the hotel option, pick Fitzgerald (much cleaner and cozier than the Plaza), they have promo package rate with America West, Fitzgerald happens to be the closest hotel to CGE, only 2 blocks (short walking distance) on Fremont. For gods sake, do not stay in the Plaza unless you're exhibitor and needs to stay there, the hotel is squalid with ripoff food prices and disgusting foods served, I'll only get drinks there this year. (Sorry DP, I know the Plaza is cheap place to have events, but the hotel sucks to stay and eat)

Another important factor affecting your rates, dept and return dates, I picked Thur dept (Aug 7) and Mon return (Aug 11) which is cheaper than leaving one day earlier on Sunday. When you choose the package, there're many days, dept point, and flights you can work around but I'll guarantee you're getting the best rates here, considering the proximity to CGE, not even Orbitz can match it ($470 is their lowest).

I'm travelling alone, if you come with family or wife/gf, the per person rates will go down quite a bit as well. Also if you live near Nevada, you can simply drive here and stay at some places even cheaper around the Fremont Experience, I personally wouldn't venture outside the Fremont Experience.

So book the package now, the Fitzgerald's promo normally ends around early March for Aug travel.
