Hi!
I saw a picture of this one but no info. I can only see that it was not released in the US. Is it Europe or Japan only? Or not released at all?

It was released in Canada, Europe, Australia, and Brazil.
It's kind of rare, and somewhat sought after, so expect to pay at least $40 for it.

It was released in Europe and Brazil. The only differences is that the Tec Toy version says "Tec Toy" on the front cover of the box. Good luck finding it, and when you do be prepared to pay $100-$150 for a mint copy. I used to own a gem mint copy of the game myself. Good game, but I still liked the original better. It also has the option to turn off the 3-d, which is nice.
