Longtime lurker... why the split of the forum?

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of any GBA games that didn't make it over here that have been fan translated? Did a search and couldn't find anything.

Longtime lurker... why the split of the forum?

So people who are interested in something other than XBOX 360, DS and rumors about upcoming systems don't have to scroll through pages and pages for a topic they started or posted in a couple hours ago. At least that's my interpretation of the split forum.

I actually think it was a damn fine idea. :)

Sounds about right. I guess common sense should've told me that :D

I know a Love Hina game was translated.

There were some more being worked on but the website that had all the info on translations is gone :(

The only GBA game that's been fully translated is Love Hina.

There are a few other translation projects going on. You can see the list and links to the projects here:
http://www.zophar.net/newtrans/?op=show&type=gba

I don't think there are any translation projects for any system that Zophar's Domain hasn't picked up on. Same with emulators for all systems, so keep that site in mind for any future translation needs.

EDIT: Hmm, the site for the Tales of Phantasia and Tales of the World projects seems to be down. Hope that doesn't stay permanent.

Thanks for the info. Man, I bet the team that was translating ToP is a bit miffed, now that it's been announced that it's finally coming over here. Said they were 50% done too.

Has anyone played Love Hina? What is it, a Dating Sim or something?

It's a dating sim, yeah. I played it, and I got all of the endings within about 90 minutes.

If you've played other datings sims, you know what to expect. Very little interactivity at all and a bunch of still pictures.
