If you look the game is already open, a sealed FF buyer wouldnt take for the game. Look at the safety sticker on the top, its been broken (to a degree). Interesting find... I should see what I can pull up on that guys name.

here's a closer look at the tear. it doesn't seem as if it's been opened, the rest of the seal is intact, but it is indeed not 100% pristine...

New York, NY – September 14, 2005 -- Sony Corporation announced today that Andrew House has been promoted to the newly-created position of Chief Marketing Officer and Group Executive, effective immediately. There, he was responsible for the marketing and promotion of Sony Computer Entertainment’s European and U.S. developed game titles for the Japanese market prior to leading the marketing effort for Sony Computer Entertainment America beginning in March 1996.

yep, i open my music CDs from the bottom to deal with the friggin' sticker. ;)
funny thing is, the woman behind the counter wanted me to open it up to make sure the right disks were in there, which is what they do with all the CD purchases...

Today at the local game store where I spent about 2 hours looking through the boxes of SNES games they had in the back, while listening to a crazed maniac talking about WoW nonstop; I found the following:
Super Metroid-snes
Super Punch-Out!!-snes
Spider-Man & X-Men: Arcade's Revenge-snes
Batman Return's-snes
Tony Hawk Pro Skater-N64
and a handful of snes dust covers
all for $25
I'm planning on going in there next week because an employee told me that the boss has some sealed snes RPG's in the back somewhere and I'm planning on picking some up, possibly.

NES
Bad Street Brawler (complete) $2.50
N64

Genesis
Barneys Hide and Seek (boxed) $1
Dreamcast
Alien front online (complete) $5
PS1
3 systems, PSOnes $10 each

Ascii one handed controller (new) $5
and to top it off I got a whole stack of gaming mags (about 50) for FREE!!! Mostly Game Players and Nintendo Power with a few Game Fan and EGM mixed in. It's pretty funny to look back at the articles and reviews and how "Sonic 3D Blast has Sony shaking in their boots" lifted from Game Players issue 85. I also love seeing all the old promo's for 3DO/Jaguar/CD-I stuff.

I think that these must have been submissions for some sort of gaming awards, perhaps done by a gaming magazine. Like those videos that the movie studios send out that say "for your oscar consideration" to people that are to vote for such things. Are there any publications based in your area? In any case this is a really awesome find.

Local game store brought out a box of stuff he had...I picked through it and found a couple games and asked him to price them for me...they were:
Parasol Stars (TG-16)
Air Zonk (TG-16)
He said howabout $2.99 each? I couldn't do it though, I had to tell him that I had to pay more for them than that. He looked them up on ebay and found someone selling them for $30 (cart only, he didn't notice this, I didn't mention it), so he gave me the games (complete) for $10 each. I still felt guilty, but he had his chance...
Also bought a bunch of older Win 95) PC games from him for my retro laptop...
I also got Nocturne this week, it's been popping up everywhere. Look like new copies being sold as preplayed...weird...

Donkey Kong Country 3 Display (Interesting display - Looks like Dixie and cousin are riding a jetski.. on real water)
Mario Kart DS Display (WAH! Mario's head got chopped off in the car by the $20 mirror! :( I still have hi's head, though, so hopefully it can be fixed?)
EB Edge Card - $5 (Well worth the $5)
Starfox Adventures (Gamecube - Complete - Even has Send-In Cards and precautions booklet) $9 At EBGames after discount by EB Edge card.

wow ok fate just happened to be on my side. one of the regular drop ins at work stopped by and were talking about this thing she had won at work for doing a good job and didnt know what to do with it...i asked he what it was and then promtly made an offer of $40 once i found out what it was.
http://webpages.charter.net/nikusama/group%2012605.JPG
http://webpages.charter.net/nikusama/loose12605.JPG
everything works, but i havent had a chance to test the voice module, there were 2 different coppies of Armor Battle (one white lable one red)...its funny how it kinda came to me, and $40 seemed fair it covered most of the battery she put in her car.
on the back of one of the boxes was this:
http://webpages.charter.net/nikusama/odd12605.JPG
did they print more boxes than games at one time and tried using them even after manufacturering arrangements had changed?
oh yea i got the game cube too...i went pokemon because i am so tired of smash bros and mario party i just dont plain like...and with all these bundles it doesent seem nintendo cares about the price of the hardware. it seems like $50 for a ame cube and then the $50 game.
any way howd i do?

It could be rare, it could be uncommon, I don't know, the dp guide has nothing about its rarity, I just know from my own personal experience that it sucks finding.
