Aren't those four games regular Xbox games and not xbox 360 ones?

Perhaps I've viewing an out of date list (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/666/666344p1.html) but those games don't appear to be on the 360's backward compatibility list. Basically that means they won't work at all. I'm not sure why'd you'd bundle these games with that console but I hope your bidders know this or else they may me disappointed and leave negative feedback.
