I think that I lost the CD back in 1995 and Killer Instinct is just the game cart, box and manual. The box is smashed in a little from being stored though. :) ;)

My Golden Sun empty GBA boxes have no stickers on them which look better than having Gamestop or EB stickers on them. So they are sticker fee. 8-)
