Yes, very cool. I hope it makes it to production.
He has been playing text adventures since he was 10, and to this day does not understand why the rod scares the bird.

As much as I love seeing movies about the history of gaming, I can't imagine it will be terribly interesting. I've read a lot of what the fathers of the genre had to say in Retro Gamer, and none of it is too earth-shattering.

Jason's BBS Documentary is awesome (I've reviewed it both here and on thelogbook.com) and I am eagerly awaiting this new documentary as well. Jason definitately has a passion for old computers, and that passion shows through in his work. Even if the source material doesn't sound exciting, I bet it'll be great when it's completed.
