Anyone know if this is rare or not? It's also complete. Cheers.

Many games are issued in promotional/review copies. They are usually more scarce, but I've never run into a collector seeking them out specifically and it never really seems to raise the value any.

:-P
I am a collector from Promo games. But most I pay not much for them. Only by my favourite games I bid and other I enter most only 1,- Euro or nothing. But most I get them cheaper as when I buy the normal release in stores.
But I like more to collect Promo games then normal releases, only because they are rarer and more special to me. Only some special games are harder to get, most these games which interesting me. But there exist so many Promo games that I only pick some games which I like.

Slightly uncommon when you're talking variants, common of you're talking about the game in general. It was a pre-order item as mentioned above, but it was kinda popular, so I'm sure a decent number of them got out there. If the NFR versions didn't end up in gamers' hands by way of the promotion, then they ended up in the store's used stock somehow, I'd wager.
