Are loose Neo Geo games worth much? Like I know that Metal Slug for AES complete is like $1500++, but if you have a loose cart only how much is it worth?

Are you talking about AES or MVS games? AES games take quite a hit on missing cases. Seriously, who throws out nice cases like the Neo ones?
MVS on the other hand are still quite acceptable as loose seeing how they never had real cases.

Following my law of AES depreciation at a fixed 0.005 value of complete games that comes to a total of $7.50.
Where do I send my money order?

Hehe :P I dont have the game, it was just an example. I see a guy over here selling a rare Neo Geo, but the box isnt original. Maybe its a MVS convertion, how do you check that? Do you have to open it?

Its not a english site. He do have some other auctions where he mention that the games are MVS convertions tho. And one or two originals. I guess he just forgot to write that one game is a MVS convertion.

Lol @ conversions
The main thing: save your ass in the Neo-Geo community by ONLY buying from known good sellers. Can't count the times I was browsing eBay to see a great title listed cheaply, getting pumped up, and then discovering "oh, it's a conversion."
Which is more than likely what we have here.
