Value of Discworld Strategy Guide?

I saw one in a store and was wondering if it is hard to come by or not. It is a hard-covered strategy guide for Discworld.

I've never found one in the wild, and would pick it up for a decent price.
It goes for about $5-9 on ebay.

Hmm, found in a used games store? What shape is it in? Finally, this is the PSX game, right? That was from quite a looong time ago. I'd get it.

Sorry that I wasn't more specific, but it was in a Barnes and Noble store and it was in good condition except for a gash in the middle. But that isnt that big though.
