I'm trying to help my sister-in-law find a racing wheel for my brother for christmas but unfortunatly i know jack shit about racing wheels. Please help.

Here are the Requirments:

- Xbox compatiable is required, PS2 compatibility doesn't hurt
- Under $150 CAD
- Reasonably Available.

I've used the MC2, and while the input works well for a lot of games, it's just not as solidly built as the Logitech. Expect it to break down sooner. Plus it's got some deadzone sensitivity weirdness that makes a few games like Outrun 2 behave rather undesirably. The stick shift on the thing is pretty much useless, since it's quite stiff, and the weak suction cups can't hold up to the sliding force. The input from the thing isn't bad overall (other than the deadzone), but I just find the Logitech Nascar wheel to be a better product personally.

Also, the MC2 universal has no headset comm slot.

Those are the two that came to my mind but what i'm wondering is how well the Nascar works compatibility wise. I've heard somethings about it not liking certain games.

The only thing I've noticed is that some games don't activate the vibration motors properly. Outrun 2 is one of those games.
