Yeah, thats definitely not an Atari game.
Usually multi-carts that have ridiculous amounts of games on them are just repeats. That would explain the 9999999

I saw that on eBay earlier. Looks like it might be an SFC game to me, in which case it would be worth picking up. It's located in Turkey though.
