Unless you can get a confirmed shipping address thru Paypal, I can't ship outside of the US. Sorry, that's the only reason why I won't ship there. 99% of the time I don't mind shipping to Canada but since this is an expensive item, I must insist on it. Already had to deny payment (twice) from the last winner 'cause they wouldn't give me a confirmed shipping address.
