I have Brutal Paws of Fury. It comes w/ the manual and back insert as well as the disc. All you'd need is a blank Sega CD case to make it complete.

All are CIB. Just a note on Afterburner and Wonderdog - they are in plastic SegaCD cases (the originals came with just the cardboard outer boxes), the original boxes were cut to fit the newer SegaCD cases. They look great, but it may not be what you want depending on the type of collector you are.
