I won an auction right after Thanksgiving and waited a few weeks( this was for the DP SS) and finally i filed a complaint, the seller apologized and shipped it out. SO what do i find today? a big fat negative even after i emailed him saying i recieved it and thanked him. This is his way of thanking me ?

ITEM WAS SHIPPED AND TRACKING PROVIDED-YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you left him feedback yet?

I would e-mail him first and ask him why did you leave me negative feedback? He might have left it for the wrong person and he'll mutually withdraw it if you want.

FInd out if it really was meant for you, and if it wasn't reply to his comment and then get it withdrawn.

What do you mean you left feedback in order to file a complaint? You don't ever "have" to leave feedback, even for the best, smoothest transaction. So if you left a neg maybe it was a retaliation, if it was a positive maybe they saw an opportunity to flame you. Either way you never "have" to leave feedback.

I have never had to leave feedback in order to file a complaint against someone, and i have filed many complaints. Usually I follow them up with negative feedback, but I never do that first, in case they respond to the complaint positively.

What kind of complaint are you filing that requires you to leave feedback first??

Ditto. I've never had to leave feedback for ANYTHING if I don't want to.

I just read your links (the dispute link didn't work), and it's your fault you got a negative.

All he was doing is just replying to your feedback you left him. After the dispute was settled you should of replied to the comment and said something like everything was fixed A+ or something.

He obviously thought you left feedback too early, and I would of left you negative feedback too most likely.

Where does it say that you have to leave feedback to file the complaint that you had to file?

You deserve a neg. Never - never - never leave a negative feedback until you contact the seller. Feedbacj should be the last thing you do.

I have a seller who shipped 'mint' games that are falling apart, and I emailed & emailed & emailed, but still have not filed a neg. I'm waiting for the seller to give me a refund & save the sale.

If the seller does the right thing & gives a refund - he deserves a Positive.
