Yep I really liked it too! Had to remap the controls, and the game could really do with some enemy hit animations (so they react when you shoot them instead of just standing there), but it's still a lot of fun. They mouse aiming was pretty cool too!

Once I remap the controls, this will kick all sorts of ass. This was truly done with a large amount of respect for Bungie's creations.

Not the best game by any means, but it sure is interesting. Very unique take on a 2D platformer - using the mouse to aim. I like the ideas they use here.

Not only that, but it doesn't give me a headache while playing. Hooray for 2D!

GREAT game!!! using the center scroll click for jump seems to work well with the existing control scheme! Wonder if they would ever try to get this to work on an Xbox system (just don't like playing games on my PC).

Wow, a halo game I actually could stand to play. Now, who's going to put this on cart/disc form to play on the consols?

Cool game, but I don't understand why on earth they don't give you the option to use a gamepad. It would change the aiming dynamics a bit, but it would at least give one the option of playing it as a standard 2D side-scroller. It can't be that difficult to implement (in fact, the mouse-based shooting was probably more difficult to program for).
