O_o Missing from rarity guide?....

I have recently come into two turbo grafx games in amazingly mint condition now one was a Super CD-ROM2 system (Turbo Duo) and was a combo of gate of thunder, bonk's adventure, bonk's revenge with manuals and is in the system

but this one (pics below) I could not find the exact one

I would get others with extra in the title such as
System Section Title Manufacturer Scarcity Released Country
Turbografx-16 Non-U.S. Game Releases Sidearms Special NEC 5 Japan

or

System Section Title Manufacturer Scarcity Released Country
Turbografx-16 U.S. Game Releases Side Arms - Hyper Dyne Radiance 2 USA

neither what I have... I have looked the instruction manual inside and out it's just "sidearms" and this spikes my curiosity, of course, can someone please give me some information on this game. I can't due to the fact I do not own a Turbo Grafx 16 system. I may put them up for sale later if I am not able to get my hands on a system even if it's a working junker.

From screenshots I've seen, it looks like Hyperdyne was just something left out of the title but is in the title screen.

but that still don't explain the missing part in the title if it is (infact) the game we are talking about... It would be helpful if the instructions had some screenshots from gameplay :|
