well, I have had a surprisingly high amount of people pm me about the game from my avatar. So I thought I would share the wealth and post a link about it for anyone interested. Even if you don't think you would be interested, I suggest checking it out, its a pretty good read. Anyways, here it is:

Holy Crap, Skifree RULES! It's pure genious really. Ahhhh Windows 3.1. I loved your Windows shareware games. Your Ultima clones, mindless games like Jezzball and Skifree.
I have TONS of 3.5" floppies somewhere with just windows shareware on it. A few CDs too.
Those were the days.......

Ski Free rocks. I remember playing it on the first computer that my parents had. Ahhh memories. My favorite part of Ski Free was when the snow monster ate my skier. That was hillarious. ROFL
I remember Ski Free, I always tried to avoid getting killed at the end and later found out it wasn't possible

There was also a GBC port that is apparently mostly forgotten.
That snowman sure is a terrifying thing... As I recall, there are ways to cheat to get past him. See http://web.archive.org/web/20010410174312/http://www.cris.com/~kittycat/SKIFREE.HTM .

SkiFree came in a Microsoft Entertainment Pack with Windows 3.1x
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Entertainment_Pack
I know this cause I still have the discs and use to play them ALL the time! It was when AOL was cool, the games Wolf3d, Warcraft I, Descent, and Blood Bath were the awesome thing to play, and Ninja Turtles the cartoon no one missed! For the older or geekier people: Adventure Quest, King's Quest, or all the other many Quest games were also big.
Oh, how about this. Who knows my Avatar?

I've only seen Season 3 and the final movie available on DVD. Season 3 is available on 4 discs (sold seperately). I'd love the first 2 seasons.

Ya, I own the 4th season DVD/Movie, got it for $10 at Best Buy about a year ago. :) But I, unfortunently, downloaded every episode from P2P services years ago. I still haven't found sources that I can buy COMPLETE season collections (Cept the 4th season, which is actually classified as 2 movies on the back). I've seen randomly selected episodes from seasons sold, but that's not what I want. If that Season 3 exists, I've yet to see it in any pawn shops, retail stores, or even on google searches and Ebay. Maybe I was looking at the wrong times, but hell. I'd prefer to buy them Retail so I know it's being recorded as "Damn, someone is actually still into this show! Maybe we should make season 5 and get rid of the cliff hanger!" :)
Ahh, one of the first games I ever owned for PC. Good memories, boy was I freaked the hell out the first time the bear jumped out and ate me. I spent hours trying to outrun the bear and get to the bottom of the mountain. (Was this possible?)

Well I've got the 3rd season and its linear (thats assuming that you've got the 4 discs) and I picked em up a few years back at Frys Electronics (a massive semi chain store, located in California and Arizona). It was official and everything, but the only thing i'm seeing now is Reboot V.4 (the final movies) on their website www.outpost.com . When I saw the loose episodes of the show they wernt on DVD, but on VHS.

As far as the game is concerned... is there any way to actually avoid that freaking monster? I remember playing it as a kid, and I remember the monster just coming out and eating me randomy. Me and my friend could never figure it out.

To be fair, you didn't specify that it was part of a compilation, I thought you were talking about a stand-alone game.
