Need help remembering a fighting game please!

Hey all,

This game was when I was living in Carman, Manitoba, meaning I was in Kindergarten - grade 4, meaning that was 5-9 years old.

The game itself:

-Was on the SNES
-Was a fighting game
-Had M. Bison in it
-Had an attack (I THINK it was by M. Bison) where they conjured up a HUGE white/grey/light blue sailing ship that flew across the screen and hit the enemy

Anybody have any ideas... this is all that I can remember, and has been bugging me for years :P

If it had Bison, it had to be Street Fighter II, or a varation. However, the only fighting game with that special attack is World Heroes 2. it was done by C. Kidd:

I think you're blending two games together. Or you're thinking of Brocken who was a fighter in World Heroes. Looked a lot like Bison, only he was mechanical.

world heros comes to mind instantly to me. most likely is one of the world heros games

That's World Heroes 2 by far...

Already answered, but it is definitely World Heroes 2. The character in question was a pirate by the name of C. Kidd.
