I hope that's a typo, or the shipping box is made from gold. LOL

Maybe you should e-mail him and ask? $3.85 is reasonable so I imagine he forgot to put in the decimal point when he set up the auction. He has one other auctiion up with a $3 shipping fee listed.

No its not a typo. All the seller wants is one bid. Is this game super rare or something. Anyways...its to save on the fees and shit like that. It's against ebay's rules though.

I'm sure its a typo. This game is barely worth $3.85 as it is. Listing stuff no one will ever bid on doesn't save you any fees in the long run.

Isn't 3.85 the normal priority mail charge? Leads me to believe it's a typo.

I did email them yesterday but haven't gotten a reply and nothing has changed on the auction.

Must be a typo and this game isn't rare at all.

3.85 is the price for Priority mail, so it is just a typo.
If you look at his other auction he has up, the shipping is only 3 dollars.

I doubt it's a mistake. If he has the other item shipping for just $3.00, why bother making this $.85 more? The weight is probably the exact same as well as the size is almost the same.

The other auction is First Class (which is cheaper than Priority)
So yes, it is a mistake.

The seller has been waiting four years for this day... building himself up to 450 feedback with 100% positives. Finally, he decides it's time to put his evil master plan into action... to bring in the BIG money... to scam an unwitting NES collector into paying almost four hundred dollars for shipping on an NES game! It was a long time coming, but the payoff will be well worth it in the end for our dastardly villain.

The seller has corrected his mistake. The shipping cost is now listed as $3.85.

Funny how a guy who mistakingly charges 380 dollars to ship a single NES game has the best shipping prices I've ever seen on eBay. :D
