I don't think anyone would seriously think that was a DS. Sure it is made to look like one, but I don't think it would fool anyone who looked at it for more than a second. At least it doesn't try to people off by saying it is a DS or just like a DS.

Yeah... He SEEMS like an honest seller because he says "not Nintendo DS", but it's only in the title -- nowhere does it say it in the actual listing. That's actually a bit dishonest, and yeah, keyword spamming all the way.
