Used, but like new, with minimal scratches to the screen, and works like a charm. Comes with everything except for the white earbud head phones (which are only like $5 anyway).

What is the battery life span on a full charge?

Man I'll be honest I'm not totally sure, but I'd say around 4 hours. That's with the light on a two second timer as well.
