I heard it was pretty rare, but wasn't sure. I personally love the game, but not really much for the music on its own (although in the game it's good). Anyway, is this out there, and can I find one?

A better option than trying to track down the hard to find and very expensive soundtrack is to buy a copy of the Saturn game itself, and simply put it into your CD player. That's what I do with NiGHTS and Sonic R. :) (Although I would love to own both those soundtracks.)
Anything NiGHTS related is rather expensive nowdays, unfortunately.
If you're thinking about using eBay to track down a soundtrack, be very wary. Pirates are rampant there. I was extremely lucky buying a legal copy of the SA2 soundtrack.
