Has anyone else found this game to be tough to find in stores? I went to two Gamestops and one EB today and only the EB had a copy in stock and it was the display copy. Is this game a surprise seller, did it have a low print run or is it just a local thing?

I guess that rules out the local thing arguement as well since I live in Connecticut as well.

I was in a GameStop the other day and somebody came in with a copy of this, complaining that it didn't work because the game was entirely in Japanese. Somehow I have a feeling this guy just wasn't smart enough to turn some setting off, but just in case...has anyone else heard about this?

Best Buy is carrying Trapt. I have seen it in several stores. Surprisingly, Fatal Frame 3, which was released within a few days of Trapt, looks like it did not get any major chain retail distribution. Other than EB and GS and some indy game shops, I have not seen it elsewhere.

That's tradgic. Fatal Frame games are always incredibly immersive and entertaining. Looks like it'll be hitting the cheap wall soon so i'll have to snatch it.

The (typo-riddled) text is English, but the speech is Japanese, which presumably confused the poor fellow. The game "works" fine--Tecmo just didn't spring for an English dub.
