I'm drawing a blank here and I'm late for work. Does anyone know of any US PS1 games that were on 3 cds?

I came to post Galerians, one of the great PS1 let downs for me :(

The shadow battle was so lame and unfun that I ended up just quitting the game rather than play for 5 more minutes to see the ending. :(

i doubt you can remove much from a game like riven, cartridge media has severe limitations in it's size that prevents generous use of voice-over, music and full motion video, and that pretty much sums up the Riven expierience

When I bought that game, I was kinda hoping that they wouldn't redub the whole damn game. Imagine my disappointment when I fired it up and found that I had more or less wasted $10 on an inferior version of Phantasmagoria :(

Yes, that's why the Nintendo 64 was such a great platform for RPGs. Because they could fit an RPG of equal quality to the PS1 onto an N64 cartridge after 'cutting the junk,' right?

I'd seriously shudder at the thought of someone trying to squeeze a 3-4 disc PS1 game onto a cartridge. It's impossible.

Hmmm...okay. Well then maybe I do have all 3 discs. I really have to restore them A friend gave them to me, but it took forever for him to find each disc. They were all beat to hell each time he found one and possibly unplayable. Too bad I don't have the case or instructions for such a rare game.

Did you know Tokimeki Memorial 2 [J] has 5 discs? I believe it's on equal footing with Riven for greatest PS disc number.

I do need a replacement case for a 3 disc game.

Yes, I consider myself an expert in many areas of the ps1, but when I'm running late to work it's easier to ask the psx's biggest fan since I know he knows it without batting an eye. :)

(And I knew you would know a bunch, I just didn't feel like researching)

Thank you to all who responded.

Yes, if you donate meseta (3,000) and you tell me how to change it. I will do anything for a meseta! (I think only an admin can change it though)

Geez, not another post by this guy asking some inane and obvious question.

What is it about people with PS1 references in their username?

(you probably know who the other person is I am referring to)

Sometimes you just need to weed through the others to get to the real deal...but then I don't have PSX in my nick name, only my position title. :D
