I have seen private feedback but what does this mean:

Registered as a private seller

I think this is the first time I've seen that. It's in your Seller Information box, right under the date you registered. What's up with that?

I just noticed that too under my name. I don't know what it is either. <_<

OK, I just did a "Live Chat" thing with ebay to figure this out. Here is the conversation....

Your entries will become visible to the agent once they have joined the chat. Thank you for your patience.
Your chat session has started..
Edward R.: Hello, I'm Edward and welcome to Live Chat support. How may I be of assistance to you today?
philosophyst: yes, I'm looking to bid on an item but it says the seller is registerd as a private seller.
philosophyst: What does this mean exactly?
Edward R.: May I have the item number, please?
philosophyst: It is item number 8244361115
philosophyst: This is in the seller information box: Registered as a private seller
Edward R.: Thanks, let me review that!
Edward R.: Okay, that just means that seller is ID Verified as a private individual, rather than a business.

Suggestion - Start at 0.99. You will save

- $2.15 in fees
- and it will naturally rise to $95 by buyer demand

Please don't consider this criticism but friendly advice.

I'm doing work at a small town a many hours from Chicago, where I live. During my lunch break (as always) I hit some local shops. I did manage to find a Gamestop, which had a copy of Suikoden 2 sitting there priced at $59.99, 10% off with the sucker card. So I got me one of these for around $54 not including tax. That's the most I've ever spent on a PS1 game, and seing your price and the price this thing goes for, I'm pretty happy that I did.

Also if you want you can sell it at a fixed price and check the "offers" box and if someone sees you listing but doesnt want to pay $95 then can enter in an offer and you can choose to accept or decline.
