You know when you insert an item to sell on Ebay, you're charged with the fee. Instead of getting added on, mine gets subtracted? My fee was around $40 total. Now, it went down to $6.00 ever since I added more items in.

The reason it went down is probably because they paid off your balance from either your bank account or paypal.

They did they same to me. They took my $47 fee straight out of my pay pal acount. Good thing I had it in there.

Yep, I had them deduct the payment without any notice or anything, and it took out too much money from my bank account and I had a 30 dollar fee. Now I pay my balance off quite often through paypal.

Yeah they did this shit to me too back when I used Paypal. No notice or anything and due to the high volume of paypal transfers I had going through at the time it got buried and unnoticed. Cost me $25 and is the only insuffiecient funds charge I've ever had.
