Oh, I think I get it. Someone is trying to hawk a Prototype FF VII for PS2 (whaa?) so this is his clever way of selling stolen/burned goods.
Read the description carefully and see if you don't agree.

There's no such thing as a Proto PS2 version of FFVII. BOOOOOOOOOOO!
