WTB/ WTT: SNES Donkey Kong Country Competition box Insert

I am looking for a copy or original insert for the box for the DONKEY Kong Country Compeition cart. I have the green box it came with and the game, just no insert. Thanks.

Would anybody know where I could find a decent pic or copy of the insert online? I found one but it had a major glare on one part which stunk. This is the insert that goes between the plastic and case. was there an instruction manual for the game?
