I was wondering what a factory sealed copy of "Threads of fate" for playstation 1 is worth? (I did post in buying and selling but was informed that it was the wrong place to post. So if this is not the proper place to post this topic then could someone please tell me where ~ I did not see an ebay one or a plain video game forum). Also, Berserker be a bit more frugal when locking posts, allow new members to ask questions if we are in the wrong.

It really depends on the demand.
Its a liked but not OMG must own title. I was still seeing these semi frequently not all that long ago. I'd suggest looking on ebay for the game in general to get a somewhat 'going' rate for them. Remember ebay is not the end all be all for a price, but it can help regulate demand for it.

I'd not personally spend more than about 20-30 on it. The 30 being generous in my mind.

About the comments towards Berserker, its best to shoot those at him in a PM (personal message) and i'm sure he'd be more than glad to explain the reason for the fast lockdown. Remember check out the FAQ (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/faq.php) if your not sure of something and there are rule threads at the top of both Buy/Sell and Ebay Insanity for your as well.

The problem is, ToF really isn't that entertaining a game. It certainly won't be remembered as Square's greatest work, or even an adequate work.

It's not great, but it is a fun action RPG, I think it;s the PSone's challenge to Zelda.

No, that'd be Alundra.
Great game, put your thinking cap on.

It's one of my personal favorites on the PS1, and it's the only PS1 Square game I own. So, take that as you will.

I saw a guy that had this sealed on Ebay. He wanted 129 euro for it or something. Its a great game tho. Im not a fan of RPGs, but when I started to play Threads of Fate I couldnt stop. Had to play through it :)

$50-60. No less, no more. If you want to actually sell it that is. If you want, try $100. Nobody is going to buy it though.
