Also there were rumors of KI being in Conker or a Demo disc for the Xbox can anyone confirm this?

The Conker demo had the KI logo on the back of it, I think. As far as I know, it didn't elude to the development of a new KI (though this wouldn't surprise me at all), but its presence certainly raises a few question marks.

That said, I really, really hope that KI3 really is in the works. That would kick ass.
