Today I recived a NES + games that I won on Ebay about 1½ month ago. In the auction it said that there was 23 games included + a NES box that could hold 10 games.

When I opened the package today I see that only 13 games are included and the NES box and 10 games are missing. I e-mailed the seller and asked if he had sent 2 packages, but he had only sent 1. He said I had to go to the post office and check (dont know why..).

I checked the packingslip and it says about 6kg. I weigh the stuff and its also 6kg so nothing have gotten lost during the shipping. E-mailed him about this, but havnt gotten any reply yet.

Anyway, I was wondering what to do if he wont cooperate. I did pay with Paypal. I mean I've seen that you can fill out a complaint if the stuff you won wasnt as described, but how do they handle cases like this? You get a partial refund or something?

Got a link? Or is it expired already(month & half)?

I dont think Paypal will deal with partial refunds(full chargebacks only, I think), but a motivated seller could be persuaded to refund in part.
Start a complaint - item not as described - and you probably will be directed to Paypal.
Faced with a possible chargeback, your seller may respond.

If he doesnt want to part refund, Paypal may require you to send it back to him, with tracking.

All depends on how much hassel you wish to deal with.

Wait for his response before you do anthing rash. If he hasn't responsed yet then send him another email but this time request a delivery and a read confirmation from his email client.

If he still doesn't respond then file a chargeback with PayPal. Doing this will most likely get the seller's attention and get you a response.

Oh, and post a link to the auction. This should pretty much be a requirement for all eBay related problem posts

In this particular case, there is no time to waste. Paypal limits the time you can file a claim to 45 days.

jajaja's time limit may already be up.

A month and a half before you finally recieved them? Was it delivered by bicycle? ... if he's been registred a while, I'd say the seller knew exactly what he was doing, and was trying to go over that 45 day limit. I've had that happen before, but didn't recieve my item at all. He said it was sent to the wrong address, and was waiting for them to send it back to him, and kept me thinking I was getting my item for 45 days... after that, he nolonger replied to my E-Mail. I couldn't even leave a negative feedback, because I seen that he had like 30 mutual withdrawls, and figured he'd just neg me right back.

It was shipped from another country with economy (maybe surface) option, thats why it took so long to get it.

Ye, that might be what Paypal want me to do, send it all back with tracking number. They wanted me to do that when I bought a pirated game once and filled a complaint saying the item wasnt as described. But no way I was going to pay £8 in returnshipping for a £16 item. I have to cover the shipping back because the seller screwed up, totaly unfair :\

I got reply from the seller now. He said that I was right and he totaly forgot about it. Hes going to send the stuff now :)
Thanks for all the help.
