Just got this in the mail today. Had some good stuff, but I wish there were more articles on how NP got started, the first couple years, ups & downs, etc.
The retro NES stickers were a nice touch, and that poster is awesome!
You must buy this issue people!

I rather like it. The classic stickers and fan drawn poster are both very nice. Plus it's got a preview of RE:DS which is nice.
The only thing i don't like are some of their choices in the top 40, but hey nothing is perfect.

Hey, have any scans of the retro Nintendo stickers, or know where I can get scans?
I went into 3 stores today to look at the latest issue of Nintendo Power, but all 3 of them didn't have any... so either they sold out, or they stopped carrying them.
I haven't had a subscription in awhile, but every so often I want to look through a new NP. :D

I hate keeping old stickers , they pissed me off about how crappy they get when they are old , i was thinking of putting that snes sticker on my red ds for the hell of it.

I haven't received the 200th issue yet. Man, it seems like it wasn't to long ago when Nintendo Power hit the 100th issue.
BTW, Electronic Gaming Monthly is also at issue 200, or they will be next month.

I don't have a subscript, but I'll be heading over to the magazine store Monday to pick it up.

Bah, went to pick one up at Books-A-Million, and they didn't have issue 200 out yet. They had 199, and it said "Display until January 3rd 2006" on the cover, so I guess I'll be going back there around January 3rd :)

Isn't that the issue that has their final picks for the top 200 games of all time (as long as they were for Nintendo)? I'm at least curious to see what the top ten are on that list.

Mine came today. I really dig the poster (gonna put it in a poster frame!), but the stickers weren't all that spectacular. I had issues with the Top 40 list, as certain games that I hold in high regard didn't make it, but I guess everyone has their own opinions.

Once I get that and the last 2 versions of issue 92 that i need (there were 4 in total....i have one of them pending arrival and i just need to find someone that will sell me the dash rendar cover) i will be taking pictures of the whole set...

Metroid Prime ahead of Super Metroid (12) and Metroid (11) is just laughable. No list is perfect...but Metroid Prime? Heh...whatever.

Wow, except for Resident Evil, there's only 3 series represented in the top ten which to me is just wrong. I definitely agree that Super Metroid should have been in the top ten. It's probably in my personal top 5. Well, no one ever agrees with these "best" lists anyway.

I understand, but that's a damn good list. If I had to take a corporation's top 10 list...that wouldn't be a bad choice LOL
Definitely agree with Metroid Prime. Really beautiful game (textures better than RE4, honestly), but the gameplay...hmm...I'd say it's not quite up there with Super Metroid.

Even though they're gone now, I have.. er had the 50th (Gold Zelda Link's Awakening issue with the owl), 100th (What will games be like in the year 2064?) and 150th (Damned if I remember what was on the cover. But I think they did have icons of all the covers throughout the issue.)
I love NP, sure it's biased. But it IS the best place for Nintendo stuff exclusively. I dunno.
Best game of all time is apparently Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
